Starters

garnished with salt cod and double smoked bacon

with two mushrooms and roasted garlic cream

with oven roasted tomatoes, homemade pancetta and truffle mayo

served with a warm wasabi potato salad

blue crab meat and diced jalapeņos with Cajun mayo

EntrÉes

with white bean and chorizo stew, orange cilantro salsa

sautéed spring greens, charred tomatoes and parmigiano reggiano

served with a special Michigan cherry barbeque sauce, pomme puree

the bistro classic with a rich meat glaze, roasted marrow bones and hand-cut fries

with stir-fried wide rice noodles and a spicy coconut broth

our crowd favorite: dry packed, panko crusted with a zesty tartar sauce
